Lead Counsel (m/f/d)
OverviewIn this role you will serve as the primary legal partner for the Italian business, collaborating with management and the Global Legal team. You will own contract and commercial topics for a digital marketplace, support product launches, and ensure compliance across GDPR and regulatory matters. You’ll act cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, procurement and IT, shaping legal frameworks for new business models. This is a high-impact, newly created position designed to elevate legal operations and align local processes with global standards.

Requisiti fondamentali
