Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday conceptsDeliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrationsTroubleshoot product configurations to meet customer requirementsCommunicate responses and value clearly to customersCreate and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)Provide tailored one-on-one guidance (Optimization Packages)Offer one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)Review customer tenants for adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)Maintain expertise and Workday Certification, stay updated on roadmap and industry practicesContribute to new programs to boost customer feature adoptionDeliver other Customer Enablement services (Office Hours, requirements reviews, designs, deployments)Occasional travel up to 20%

5+ years of IT implementation experience5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting2+ years of software consulting experienceWorkday Certification or ability to certify in at least one of: Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, PRISMAbility to understand Workday concepts as new features releaseAbility to distill complex concepts into clear presentationsMultitasking across engagements and deliverablesStrong critical thinking for technical process issues and decision makingExcellent verbal and written English communicationBachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (advanced degree preferred)strong communicationmultitaskingcritical thinkingWorkday Financials Reporting (composite reporting)Workday Certification (or plan to certify)Workday concepts and roadmap awareness
