Senior SAP Consultant OTC
OverviewIn this role you will lead and shape OTC SAP initiatives within a global, cross-functional team. You will analyze business issues, define solutions, and drive changes in the order-to-cash domain, working closely with stakeholders and external partners. You’ll coordinate incident, change, portfolio, and project activities and contribute to digitalization efforts while harmonizing processes across regions. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at an established company with a strong culture of collaboration and growth.

Responsabilità
Analyze and define solutions across Incident, Change, Portfolio,
and Project processes in OTC and interfacing ERP areasLead OTC projects and initiatives; review requirements and draft functional and system design specificationsRecommend technical solutions and support changes in the OTC landscapeCollaborate with FTM, PTP, and DTS consultantsProvide 2nd/3rd level supportDrive digitalization and manage external AMS partnersPromote process harmonization and build a global process catalog
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Information Technology or similarExcellent English; good Italian7+ years of SAP OTC experienceDeep OTC domain knowledge; MTO, MTS, Service to Cash, STOsEnd-to-End process customizing and integration; familiarity with related SAP ERP streams (PTP, DTS)Experience in Full-Circle ImplementationsBasic ABAP knowledge is advantageousStrong communication, problem-solving, independence, teamwork, and customer orientationProfessional experience in international projects; German language is a plusStrong communicationProblem solvingIndependence and self-motivationSAP OTCMTO/MTS/Service to Cash/STOEnd-to-End Process Customizing
