Senior Engineer, Central Engineering CAD
OverviewIn this role you will help drive design efficiency for state-of-the-art NAND memory designs by developing tools and flows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve pre-silicon quality and support end-users with new methods. You’ll explore AI-assisted automation and copilot-based workflows to optimize circuit simulation and verification. This position offers a chance to shape next-generation memory technology within Micron’s Central Engineering NAND Enablement Team in Italy.
