Savings Product Expert
OverviewAs Savings Product Expert, you own the end-to-end Savings proposition, from strategy and pricing to delivery and performance. You’ll work in an Agile squad to drive commercial growth, optimize the customer journey, and ensure a competitive, compliant offering. You’ll shape the product roadmap, execute commercial initiatives, and translate data into actionable decisions that impact growth and profitability. This role offers the chance to influence a core funding product in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to measurable customer and financial outcomes.

Own and evolve the savings product roadmap aligned with business and funding objectivesDesign and execute commercial initiatives (acquisition, upsell,
retention)Define and steer pricing actions for market competitiveness and profitabilityMonitor product performance and translate data into insights and recommendationsImprove the end-to-end customer journey across digital channelsTranslate business needs into IT requirements and support delivery via Agile ways of workingManage stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance and OperationsSupport backlog prioritization, change requests and production issue resolutionContribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance trackingEnsure full compliance with regulatory and governance requirementsCollaborate on global initiatives and share best practices
Requisiti fondamentali
Master’s degree (Economics, Engineering or similar)3+ years’ experience in product management, business analysis or project management in financial servicesStrong understanding of retail banking (savings/deposits is a plus)Experience with campaigns, pricing, and performance monitoringData-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent in EnglishProactive, detail-oriented and able to deliver under pressurestakeholder managementstrong communicationanalytical thinkingcampaignspricingperformance monitoring
