PPA Origination Manager
OverviewIn this senior front-office role, you will lead origination, structuring, and execution of long-term corporate PPAs in Italy and drive BESS offtake opportunities. You will work within a European origination team to leverage a broad network of energy buyers and shape innovative commercial structures. Your focus is on growing a multi-GW Italian renewable portfolio through strategic relationships and market insight. This is a high-autonomy, growth-driven position with potential to scale into broader leadership as the platform expands. You will help the company translate market dynamics into competitive energy solutions that support its Italian expansion and PE-backed growth trajectory.

Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years’ experience in renewable energy origination, energy trading, or corporate energy salesProven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing corporate PPAsStrong understanding of the Italian CPPA market and BESS offtake dynamicsEstablished relationships with corporate energy buyers and/or utilities in ItalyDemonstrated ability in PPA structuring and commercial deal-makingHighly entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated mindsetStrong sales orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skillsFluent in Italian and Englishentrepreneurial mindsetproactive and self-motivatedexcellent communication and negotiation skillsPPA origination and structuringBESS offtake dynamicsCPPA market knowledge (Italy)
