GateLab - Project & Programme Management Associate
OverviewIn this role you coordinate and govern complex projects and programmes to deliver strategic initiatives across the organisation. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align scope, timelines, risks, and reporting with client needs and product strategy. You contribute to improving delivery predictability and cross-functional coordination while maintaining high standards of client success and product quality. You will support continuous improvement of PM frameworks and adopt best practices in a fast-paced, professional environment. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape delivery across financial software projects in Milan.
Responsabilità
Manage client projects from initiation to delivery, aligning with client needs, product specifications, and company strategyDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with quality and deadline adherenceCoordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Development, Application Management & Support) to deliver projects efficientlyIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues with accountability and timely resolutionMaintain high standards of client success, customer care, and product quality across engagementsContribute to continuous improvement of project management frameworks, tools, and processesUphold confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism in all interactionsProvide regular updates and reporting to management
Requisiti fondamentali
BSC in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in project management, client delivery, or programme coordinationExperience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of Agile, PMI, PRINCE2 and related tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)Familiarity with trading workflows, financial market processes, and software deployment lifecyclesKnowledge of DevOps, QA, and application support processes in software deliveryStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical and business requirementsSolid understanding of risk management, planning, and change control principlesDemonstrated accountability, autonomy, and efficiency in managing complex client projectsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsStrong sense of responsibility, detailed orientation, and client-centric mindsetTeam-oriented with collaboration and mutual respectAbility to meet deadlines and remain composed under pressureHigh standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conductFluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)Dedication to continuous learning and operational excellencecommunication excellencerelationship managementteam collaborationJiraConfluenceMS Project
