Ecommerce Trading Manager
a leading company in the design and manufacturing of steam appliances, is seeking an bE-Commerce Director /b to join and lead its E-Commerce Department at its headquarters in Bulgarograsso (Como, Italy). /ph3Role Overview: /h3pThe successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to drive e-commerce growth across Amazon, Marketplace, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels for the Polti Group and the entire product portfolio distributed through these channels. The primary objective will be to increase sales opportunities and ensure, together with the team, the achievement of sales and profitability targets while continuously expanding the business in the geographical areas identified as strategic priorities by the Board of Directors. /liliLead negotiations of contracts with customers and suppliers. /liliDefine promotional activities and ensure the efficiency of sales operations across Amazon and marketplaces, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service, in collaboration with the relevant departments. /liliWork closely with the Supply Chain team to define forecasts, inventory requirements, and sales projections, ensuring product availability and optimized stock levels. /liliPartner with Marketing, Communication, and Social Media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. /liliEnsure the e-commerce website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
/liliMonitor and analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement, optimizing overall sales results. /liliParticipate in scheduled business meetings, including SOP, budgeting, forecasting, and PL reviews. /liliPrepare periodic sales performance reports and present results to senior management. /li /ulh3Education Experience: /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. /liliProven experience managing Amazon, Marketplace, and DTC channels. /li /ulh3Technical Professional Skills: /h3ulliExcellent command of English. /liliStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and e-commerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify. /liliKnowledge of SEO, SEM, CRO, and Google Analytics. /liliExperience in Digital Shelf Management. /liliKnowledge of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy principles. /liliStrong business acumen, planning and budgeting capabilities, and market analysis skills. /liliLeadership and people management skills. /liliExcellent communication skills, critical and creative thinking, adaptability, flexibility, and customer orientation. /li /ulpWe offer a permanent employment contract under CCNL Dirigenti di aziende produttrici di beni e services, with a gross annual salary ranging from €85,000 to €100,000. /ppThis vacancy is open to all candidates regardless of gender, in compliance with Legislative Decree No.
