High Jewelry Designer
Overview In this role you shape exclusive High Jewelry collections and bespoke pieces, translating creative visions into exquisite pieces while coordinating with ateliers and cross-functional teams across Rome and Paris. You will lead design development from concept to execution, blending traditional hand-drawing with advanced CAD to maintain the maison’s aesthetic. You contribute to material and gemstone sourcing and supervise the design process to ensure integrity and premium craft. This is a collaborative, cross-border opportunity to impact high-end jewelry at a global luxury house.

Responsabilità
Design High Jewelry collections and bespoke projects aligned with the Maison’s aesthetic Create detailed hand sketches and precise CAD 3D models for jewelry Coordinate day-to-day activities of the High Jewelry design team Collaborate with Paris ateliers and other departments through development from concept to final execution Work across Rome and Paris offices/ateliers to align with product and craftsmanship teams Support sourcing and selection of precious gemstones and materials/techniques Develop hand-painted and digital gouaches in line with the Maison’s aesthetic
Requisiti fondamentali
Minimum 5 years of High Jewelry design experience; 7–8 years preferred Proficiency in traditional hand-drawing and advanced CAD for jewelry design Fluency in Italian and English; French knowledge strongly preferred Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and willingness to travel frequently Experience coordinating design development with ateliers and cross-functional teams attention to detail communication and interpersonal skills multi-project management hand-drawing/sketching CAD software for jewelry design digital renderings and gouaches
