Lenel Subject Matter Expert (Level III) – Electronic Security Systems
Overview In questo ruolo, you will act as the technical authority for Lenel OnGuard and integrated electronic security across Navy regions, shaping requirements and standards. You’ll lead testing, training, and advisory briefings, guiding a team of technicians and engineers. The role centers on securing installations in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, with close collaboration to Navy leadership on modernization and cybersecurity. You’ll mentor staff, build technical standards, and influence program direction to protect critical assets.

Responsabilità
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Lenel OnGuard access control and related hardware Provide technical support for Lenel and other alarm platforms (SiS, King Fisher, Monaco, Digitize, Keltron, Simplex, AMAG) Manage regional alarm monitoring systems (LAMAS/RAMAS) and associated fire/ intrusion feeds Maintain accurate alarm databases and access records; update configurations as needed Perform preventive/corrective maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and testing Support cybersecurity compliance through patching, vulnerability scanning, configuration management, and ATO documentation Manage trouble tickets in Remedy; conduct site surveys and report status Maintain SOPs,
drawings, inventories, licenses, warranties, and spare parts; train operators Collaborate with Navy personnel and OEMs to resolve outages; provide on-call support Serve as program technical authority for Lenel OnGuard and regional security systems Define requirements, analyze performance data, lead test/evaluation, and develop training Advise Navy leadership on technology refresh, modernization, cybersecurity posture, and standardization Mentor and grow the team, setting technical standards and representing the program in reviews
Requisiti fondamentali
Active TS/SCI clearance at start and throughout Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combinations) and DoD project experience in at least three specified areas On-site NSA Naples, Italy with willingness to relocate and travel as needed; no telework Lenel OnGuard Associate certification or higher; DoD 8140/DCWF 451 or ability to earn within 6 months Experience with CNIC/NAVFAC/DoD installation programs; RMF/STIG/ATO knowledge Conversational Italian is a plus; Remedy ITSM proficiency; MS Office tools clear communication customer-first mindset ability to work independently Lenel OnGuard (Associate or higher) LAMAS/RAMAS enterprise alarm architectures DoD RMF, STIG, ATO documentation
