You will be part of a QA management project linked to the software development life cycle for an application in the field of eye care. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Sprint Integration /h3 ul liRequirement Analysis: Participate in Sprint Planning and Refinement to provide "Testability" feedback on User Stories. /li liAcceptance Criteria: Collaborate with Product Owners to define clear,
measurable Acceptance Criteria (AC). /li liIn-Sprint Testing: Execute functional testing as soon as developers move a task to "In Progress," ensuring bugs are caught before the sprint ends. /li /ul h3Test Execution Analysis /h3 ul liManual and Automation Functional Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of new features, focusing on UI/UX, business logic, and workflow validation. /li liExploratory Testing: Go beyond the written scripts to find "edge case" defects that automated tests might miss. /li liRegression Testing: Ensure that new code hasn't broken existing functionality (often through a mix of manual checks and triggering automation suites). /li liBug Reporting: Document defects with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots, and logs in tools like Jira. /li liDaily Stand-ups: Provide concise updates on testing progress, blockers, and "ready for release" status. /li liFeedback Loop: Provide immediate feedback to developers to reduce the cost of fixing defects. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liISTQB foundation Certificate /li /ul h3Other /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills in Italian and English /li /ul pbProject duration: /b 6 months (with possible renewal) /p h3Recruitment process /h3 pOur recruitment process has 2 stages: /p ul liFirst discovery short interview with our HR team /li liTechnical interview with our Software Quality Assurance Manager /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
