i tuoi incarichi At Bosch Rexroth, within our Graduate Specialist Program (GSP), you will join the Sales Construction Machinery team, in a truly international environment, and will play a key role in driving innovation within the Mobile sector. This is a unique opportunity to blend cutting-edge technology with hands-on application engineering and strategic customer partnerships. As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will be a sales and technical partner for our customers and a key contributor to the development and promotion of Bosch Rexroth Mobile solutions. You will:

- Drive innovation by promoting our full Mobile portfolio — from hydraulic components to electronics and software, electric motors, inverters, and IoT services.




- Build strong partnerships with the local Application team and our Headquarters in Germany, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous growth.
- Own projects end-to-end, from defining technical specifications together with customers to supporting implementation onsite when needed.
- Understand and anticipate market trends, guiding customers toward the most effective and forward-looking solutions.
- Grow internationally, gaining specialized expertise in Mobile applications through structured training programs in Italy and Germany.
