The IT Finance Intern supports the Finance and IT teams, based in Milan, in their day-to-day operations, contributing to the effective management of SAP information systems that support accounting, controlling, and reporting processes. The internship aims to provide an integrated understanding of both financial processes and IT tools. Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for routine IT Finance activities.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of Finance applications and systems (ERP, reporting, and controlling tools).
- Support monthly closing activities and accounting data verification.
- Collaborate in the collection, analysis, and reconciliation of financial and economic data.
- Support Finance users with first-level assistance (tickets, issue reporting, and testing activities).
- Update process documentation and operational procedures.
- Assist with application testing activities related to system enhancements and updates resulting from the adoption of SAP S/4HANA.
