You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey. Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business;
- Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transform
