We are currently recruiting for a Junior Defence System Engineerto join our office in Pratica di Mare within theElectronics and System Engineering Division.
Mission
The selected candidate will be involved in engineering activities related to the design, development and analysis of electronic and telecommunication systems.
Key Accountabilities
- Support to system engineering activities, including requirements analysis and technical documentation.
- Support to the design and development of electronic systems and components.
- Support to projects involving microwave and telecommunications technologies.
- Technical analysis, verification and testing of electronic solutions;Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the different project phases.
Education
Master’s Degree in Electronic/TLC Engineering
Qualifications
Skills in one or more of the following areas are valued: system engineering, microwaves and electronic design.

Compensation Data
Compensation & BenefitsThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance withCCNL RINA(CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between€ 30,000.00 and € 40,000.00 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
