OverviewRandstad Italia SpA is recruiting for a prestigious maritime client a Contact Center Operator fluent in French and Arabic.The operator will be part of a structured team and will manage customer relationships to maximise direct sales and provide excellent support, acting as the primary point of contact for all informational and operational needs.ResponsibilitiesManage daily inbound and outbound telephone contacts to promote navigation services and optimise the user purchasing experience.Operate independently on back‑office activities necessary for proper processing of administrative procedures.Assist users through quotation, purchase, and post‑sale phases, handling changes, refunds for operational changes.Serve as a B2B help desk for travel agencies,
