Senior Manager
Overview As a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Cloud & AI Security team, you’ll guide security outcomes for clients through cloud and AI architectures and secure design. You’ll balance strategic advisory work with hands-on leadership of engagements, shaping the service offering and driving growth. You’ll mentor a sizeable team and manage project portfolios, delivering high-impact security programs. This role combines technical depth with client leadership to transform security maturity at scale. Responsabilità
* Contribute to business development and team growth

* Lead and coordinate teams on key engagements

* 8+ years of Cybersecurity experience,
preferably in Consulting or Cloud/OEM environments with cloud security focus
* Solid knowledge of at least one major Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Familiar with Cloud Security, AI Security, Zero Trust, Network Security, DevSecOps
* Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships in complex enterprise contexts
* Excellent communication in Italian and English
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and structured problem-solving
* Client-oriented mindset with ability to build trusted advisory relationships
