Clinical Lead Project Manager
Overview As Clinical Project Manager, you will lead global, multi-center clinical trials across therapeutic areas, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and high-quality execution. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and serve as the primary client contact to drive collaboration and satisfaction. This role blends hands-on project management with strategic proposal input and adherence to company standards. You will work remotely or in a hybrid setup, contributing to PSI’s mission of reliable, high-quality research. * Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across therapeutic areas
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, with high quality
* Lead and manage multi-functional project teams

mentor and coach project team members
* Act as primary client contact for project matters
* Participate in bid defense meetings and development of proposals
* Ensure implementation of standard practices and compliance with procedures Requisiti fondamentali
* Recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager)
* Global or regional project management experience covering startup to study closure
* Therapeutic experience in oncology and/or GI/IBD (preferred)
* Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects (preferred)
* BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or equivalent)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build stakeholder relationships
* Strong negotiation, team-building, resource allocation, and organizational skills
