Finance Operations Specialist
Overview In this role you will relocate to Luxembourg to drive efficient finance operations through automation and cross-functional collaboration. You will implement solutions, write Python scripts, and support treasury, tax, and accounting alignment. Your work will center on data-driven improvements across finance workflows, bridging finance and technology with the Tech and Data teams. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in finance operations, accounting, or tech-driven process optimization
* Solid experience with Python and scripting for data manipulation, automation, or API integrations
* Good understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial process workflows
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
