Business Insights Analyst
Overview In this role you partner with commercial, marketing, and omnichannel teams to transform data into actionable insights that shape brand strategy and performance. You act as a data translator, aligning business needs with analytics, data science, market research, and tech teams. You contribute to a data-driven culture and/global analytics frameworks while mentoring junior analysts within an international community. Retribuzione / Benefits

* Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across brands, campaigns, customers, and channels; provide data-driven recommendations for marketing strategy, sales execution, forecasting, and omnichannel effectiveness
* Design and monitor dashboards and reports tracking KPIs related to brand performance, sales force effectiveness, and customer engagement; ensure KPI consistency across therapeutic areas
* Leverage advanced analytics (forecasting, segmentation, spend optimization)
and collaborate with Data Science to interpret predictive models when relevant; support planning and scenario analysis; integrate new data sources
* Ensure data quality, governance, and compliant usage (GDPR and market research standards); collaborate with IT, data stewards, and external providers
* Mentor junior analysts and share best practices within the global BIA community; contribute to data literacy initiatives Requisiti fondamentali
* Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
* 4–6 years in analytics or data analysis; regulated industry experience preferred
* Commercial, marketing, or sales support experience; pharma/healthcare experience a plus
* Advanced skills with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI; Python/R knowledge beneficial
* Ability to interpret complex data, deliver actionable insights, and communicate effectively
* Strong business acumen, strategic problem-solving, and storytelling ability
* Collaborative team player; adaptable and eager to learn new tools; fluent in local language and professional English for global collaboration
