Sports Physiotherapist
We are introducing a UK & European-trained sports physiotherapist to a private family whose principal residence is in Doha, Qatar. The appointment is permanent and live-in, with annual leave. From the first day, you travel with the family wherever its diary takes it, across several countries. Applications are welcome from UK & European-trained physiotherapists based in Italy who are ready to relocate. Neuromuscular movement control and corrective exercise lead the programme. Movement analysis guides each choice, supported by soft tissue release and joint mobilisation. Proprioception and balance training round out the work; strength and conditioning plays a smaller part. Sessions take place in a private treatment room at the residence and wherever the family travels. Requirements Physiotherapy degree obtained in the UK or Europe, with current registration in the country where you trained. Proven experience in sports physiotherapy, manual therapy and movement-based rehabilitation. Work with professional clubs, national squads or elite athletes is a clear advantage. At ease with neuromuscular techniques, movement control and breathing and core work. Available to begin within six weeks, relocate on a single-status basis and travel at any time. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Accommodation is free of charge throughout the appointment. Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
