Senior Manager
Overview
As a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Cloud & AI Security team, you’ll guide security outcomes for clients through cloud and AI architectures and secure design. You’ll balance strategic advisory work with hands-on leadership of engagements, shaping the service offering and driving growth. You’ll mentor a sizeable team and manage project portfolios, delivering high-impact security programs. This role combines technical depth with client leadership to transform security maturity at scale.
Responsabilità Contribute to business development and team growth
Shape and evolve the Cloud & AI Security service offering
Act as strategic advisor guiding clients’ security maturity
Lead and coordinate teams on key engagements
Manage financial aspects of projects and portfolios
Requisiti fondamentali 8+ years of Cybersecurity experience,
preferably in Consulting or Cloud/OEM environments with cloud security focus
Solid knowledge of at least one major Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiar with Cloud Security, AI Security, Zero Trust, Network Security, DevSecOps
Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships in complex enterprise contexts
Excellent communication in Italian and English
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and structured problem-solving
Client-oriented mindset with ability to build trusted advisory relationships
Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally
