Alfadocs is a SaaS platform for dental practices. Our Sales team helps medical practices understand the value of the platform and guides them through the full sales cycle, from the first conversation to close.
The Sales Team Lead manages a team of 7 Account Executives and reports directly to the Head of Sales. This is a player-coach role: you will own the team's performance, develop each person through regular coaching, and remain close to the market by working deals yourself.
