:Team Leadership: Manage, mentor and develop a team of applications engineers and fresh graduates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.Technical Planning: Oversee and support the technical planning, preparation and validation of all wellbore construction and lower completion activities in the assigned region, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Baker Hughes standards.Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients
