Field Growth Leader – Retail Partnerships
Hästens is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our retail partners across Italy and Malta, driving commercial performance and expanding partnerships. The role is field-based, focusing on elevating partner stores and achieving weekly targets.
You will lead by example, selling to customers, coaching store teams, and traveling within the territory. Expect monthly trips to training Sweden and certification in Hästens’ sales methodology, with regular Salesforce reporting.
