Global Operational Excellence Leader
Overview
In this role you lead Roquette's global Operational Excellence program, deploying an E2E World Class Operations system across 40+ sites. You will partner with site leadership to elevate performance management, standards, and continuous improvement. You'll coach cross-functional teams, embed a One Roquette culture, and drive sustainable transformation. This is a high-visibility role that shapes how sites operate at scale and across regions.

Responsabilità
- Lead deployment of the E2E World Class Operations system
- Define and execute the roadmap for OE standards, routines, and performance management
- Ensure consistent application and sustainability of the E2E WCO framework across sites
- Assess site maturity and harmonize operational practices globally
- Coach and upskill site teams in Lean, performance management, and structured problem-solving
- Foster continuous improvement culture with accountability and discipline
- Support site transformation and performance improvement, aligning with SQCDPE objectives
- Engage and mobilize stakeholders across Americas, Europe, and Asia; facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Share best practices and drive learning across regions and functions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10-15 years in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement
- Strong experience in industrial operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain)
- Experience deploying transformation programs across multiple sites
- Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Operational Excellence / World Class Operations systems
- Performance management and KPI deployment
- Standardization and process deployment
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Influence without authority
- Effective communication and coaching
- Change leadership and resilience
