Rewards & Compensation Intern - Hybrid Milan
Marsh is seeking an Intern to join the Reward and Executive Compensation Practice in Milan. The position follows a hybrid working model and offers a 6-month internship with a monthly compensation of €800 plus €8 meal vouchers per working day.
You will support analytics, benchmarking, and market surveys to inform clients on compensation strategies and incentive designs, working in both Italian and English.
