Head of Services – Navigation
Thales Group in Gorgonzola, Italy, is seeking a Head of Services to lead the Navigation & Non-Radar Surveillance Services organization. You will own the Service P&L;, budgets, and drive business growth while delivering end-to-end lifecycle support across field operations, training, and spare parts.
The role requires strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment, adherence to safety and export controls, and close engagement with customers to meet performance and SLA targets
