The selected candidate, supported by a senior figure, will be responsible for:
- Supervising that the provision of managed (MSS) and non-managed services occurs effectively and efficiently, implementing all necessary actions to ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLA) and dedicating daily to Continual Service Improvement;
- Representing the main interface with the Customer as well as the connection and coordination point for the activities of Leonardo's technical verticals assigned to service delivery;
