What will you be doing as an intern within Real Estate Capital Markets? In the Milano office, the intern will provide its support mainly in Portfolio Management (back office)
activity but will also be involved to support Origination activity in conjunction with assigned/responsible professionals. Depending on the new transactions and portfolio deals, workload and intern progression will include the following tasks:
- Contribution to existing deals management and related risk monitoring:
- Monitoring of portfolio assets and assisting credit portfolio management team in preparation of annual/ad hoc reviews and periodical internal reports
- Follow up all information undertakings also in coordination with the client
- Participation in the management of credit controls and risk monitoring tools including
