Sales Excellence __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the relevant division/business unit/product group, to support profit and market share, while ensuring customer satisfaction with ABB. You will also showcase your skills by providing support for developing effective and efficient standards and special pricing strategy in line with the global division strategy, value, competition, and cost/profit. The work model for the role is Hybrid Main stakeholders are M&S; Managers, Business Development function, Global and Local Product Managers. Collects and maintains pricing data and competitor information to support decisions. Develops pricing models aligned with strategy, value and profitability targets. Internal Transfer Pricing Governance Ensures consistency and compliance of internal transfer pricing processes. Supports pricing for international and key account agreements ensuring consistency. Market Intelligence & Data Maintenance: experience in collecting, organizing, and maintaining competitor pricing data to inform strategic business decisions. Pricing Model Development: background in designing and developing pricing models aligned with corporate strategy, value propositions, and profitability targets. Financial & Margin Analysis: Experience in analyzing pricing performance and identifying optimization opportunities to improve profit margins. Solid understanding of internal transfer pricing processes,
ensuring corporate compliance and consistency across business units. Cross-Border Agreement Support: Experience in supporting pricing strategies for international accounts and key cross-border agreements. Ability to develop and improve pricing tools and systems to improve efficiency and scalability. Knowledge Sharing & Capability Building: Ability to promote pricing excellence, share best practices, and train internal teams to build organizational capabilities.
