Open Position: Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Designer
Location: Province of Padua, Italy
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
For one of our key partner companies, specialising in the development and manufacturing of solutions for the pharmaceutical and medical industries, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Designer .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
- Create and modify 3D models and 2D technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
- Develop and update project technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and optimise design solutions.
- Assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and manage any required design modifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical diploma, degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design.
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Autodesk Inventor .
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of key mechanical design principles and 3D modelling techniques.
- Accuracy, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork skills.

The salary for this position ranges from €30,000 to €35,000 gross per year, plus a daily travel allowance based on experience and meal vouchers.
This position falls under the Italian Commerce and Services National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio e Terziario) applied by our company. Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, in accordance with objective and neutral criteria. For candidates whose qualifications and experience significantly exceed the requirements of the indicated range, a salary review may be considered, subject to internal approval.
