adoption and engagement /liliIdentify friction in existing experiences and propose improvements /liliManage your work through tools such as Jira /liliReview the experience before and after features go live /li /ulh3What You'll Bring /h3ulliAround 2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design or similar /liliStrong knowledge of UX and UI fundamentals /liliA strong eye for product, including hierarchy, spacing, typography, interaction and simplicity /liliExperience with Figma or similar product design tools /liliExperience with concepts such:ulliComponents and reusable patterns /liliResponsive layouts /liliPrototyping /liliDesign systems /liliDeveloper handoff /li /ul /liliAbility to move from: user flow
