Junior Stock Administrator
YOUR MISSION:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Stock Administrator to join our dedicated team at Buccellati.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual eager to gain valuable experience in the luxury jewellery sector.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our back-office operations, ensuring efficient stock management and contributing to the smooth running of our boutique.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Support all inventory management operations, including counts, reconciliations, and stock controls.
Assist in stock rebalancing activities to optimize product availability.
Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
Contribute to the implementation and optimization of back-office processes on SAP.
Ensure meticulous care and organization of products within the stockroom.
Collaborate closely with the back office team to maintain high operational standards.
Manage and verify daily sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with administration procedures.
Collaborate with the HQ finance team to ensure accurate processing of all transactions and invoices.

Nice to have - knowledge of SAP
