Field Execution and Coach Associate (Milano / Lombardia)
Supports the implementation and stabilization of the 121 execution model by ensuring that field execution standards are consistently applied, observed and reinforced.
The role operates primarily on the field and acts as the operational extension of RAM2, contributing to execution excellence through real on-field observation, structured coaching support, capability reinforcement, and fact-based feedback to support 121 improvements.
Identify execution and capability gaps, translating field observations into actionable coaching priorities and improvement opportunities.
