Director, Compliance, Italy
Revolution Medicines seeks an experienced Compliance Director for its Milan office to lead healthcare compliance strategy and operations in Italy. This leadership role involves developing and implementing compliance programs, advising commercial and medical teams, and ensuring adherence to Italian regulations and industry codes during the company's growth and product launches.
Responsibilities
Lead development and strategic alignment of Italy healthcare compliance program with global RevMed strategy
Serve as primary compliance advisor to Italian Commercial and Medical leadership teams
Oversee review and approval of HCP/HCO interactions, promotional materials, and certifications
Monitor and interpret Italian legal,
regulatory and industry code developments
Draft, implement and maintain compliance policies, procedures and guidance for Italy operations
Requirements
Legal qualification or equivalent compliance background
10+ years in-house pharmaceutical compliance experience
Demonstrated expertise across all compliance pillars
Experience establishing local or regional healthcare compliance frameworks
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of Italian healthcare regulations and industry codes
