Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Analytical Development Research Analyst to support formulation development through physical, biochemical, and chromatographic analyses of small molecules and macromolecules. The role includes managing analytical activities, maintaining quality standards, and serving as a technical reference for the laboratory.
Responsibilities
Perform and review physical, biochemical, and chromatographic analyses on small and large molecules
Manage assigned analytical activities, equipment, and laboratory materials in regulatory compliance
Serve as technical reference and mentor for laboratory staff on procedures and best practices
Support quality standards maintenance, data review, reporting, and integrity assurance
Requirements
Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or CTF
Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical industry experience with analytical techniques
Proficiency in chromatography and biochemical analysis methods
Knowledge of GMP and national/international pharmaceutical regulations
Competency with PC, MS Office, and SAP software
Experience with physical and chemical analysis instrumentation
