Responsibilities
Define and implement regional market access strategies collaborating with account managers
Manage relationships with regional health authorities, hospital decision-makers, and payer stakeholders
Support product introductions at regional and hospital levels with pharmacies
Facilitate negotiations for tenders, framework agreements, and pricing procedures
Develop and customize health economic models and budget impact analyses for stakeholders
Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree
10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience with payer engagement
Demonstrated market access strategy development and execution
Strong knowledge of regional health systems and reimbursement processes
Experience managing payer relationships and health economic negotiations
Fluency in Italian and English
