Schedule: 40h/week (8h/day | 5 days/week, rotational)
Relocation Support: Available for the Candidates who haveEU Citizenship or Residence Permit with Full Market Access

- Resolve account, service, and technical-related issues
- Provide clear and efficient solutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements

- Dutch (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- EU Citizenship or Residence Permit with Full Market Access
Compensation

- Monthly: €1,500 gross + performance premio
- 14 salaries (including Easter & holiday bonuses)
- Performance bonus
