/p h3YOUR MISSION /h3 pYou will lead the day-to-day Beverage Food operation, bringing together bpeople, performance and guest experience /b.
/p pYou'll be expected to: /p ul liLead and inspire the BF team, creating a culture of energy, accountability and genuine hospitality.
/li liBe present in the operation, especially when the energy is high and the hotel is at its busiest.
/li liDrive consistently elevated service standards across our BF experiences.
/li liCoach, develop and empower the team to grow and perform at their best.
/li liKeep a close eye on guest feedback and turn insights into action.
/li liWork closely with Culinary, Sales, Marketing and the wider hotel leadership team.
/li liSupport revenue growth while maintaining strong awareness of costs, productivity and overall financial performance.
/li liBring fresh ideas to the table and continuously look for ways to make our BF experiences more relevant, exciting and memorable.
/li liEnsure operational excellence, including hygiene, food safety, beverage regulations and brand standards.
