/p h3Technology Area Leader /h3 h3San Bonifacio (VR) /h3 h3Mission: /h3 pDevelopment of new technologies for brazed heat exchangers, typically used in Air conditioning, Heat Pump, Data Center and Refrigeration applications.
Translation of customer long term needs into RD requirement.
Participate in decision making in projects with major impact on technology, in order to optimize performance and increase customer value.
/p h3Key tasks: /h3 ul liAnalyze customer applications to identify opportunities for product and process innovation /li liParticipate in Technology Development project as part of cross-functional project team with focus on the thermal aspects /li liThermal prognosis and analysis, thermal test specification, evaluations and problem solving are typical tasks.
/li liCFD Simulations involving heat transfer between fluids in 1ph- and 2ph flows (evaporation/condensation) /li liSpecify, follow tests and evaluate test results in our 2-phase test laboratory /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including RD, Product Management, Sales,
and Manufacturing, to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
/li liOptimize product performance and value through innovative design and process improvements /li liStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to heat exchangers.
/li liIdentify and pursue innovation opportunities within product and process development /li liPrepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
/li liSupport knowledge sharing and competence development within the organization.
/li liInternational collaboration (mainly Sweden).
/li /ul h3Competencies: /h3 ul liCustomer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address specific application requirements.
/li liSolid technical knowledge in heat exchanger design and technology /li liKnowledge of heat transfer and thermodynamics /li liCreative thinker with strong problem-solving skills /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken.
/li liAbility to work effectively in a complex, international environment.
/li liMaster's degree within Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) , Physiscs or equivalent qualification /li liFew years of working experience and/or PhD experience within the competence field /li liGood knowledge of CFD simulations /li /ul h3Preferred (Non Mandatory) Skills /h3 ul liExperience in heat exchanger design, development, or related technology roles /li liKnowledge of manufacturing processes and materials for heat exchangers.
