Communications Intern
Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an intern to support internal communications across a CDMO manufacturing site in Italy. The role involves creating content, managing communication channels, and supporting employee engagement initiatives in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
Create and distribute engaging internal communications and content
Manage internal communication channels including newsletters, digital signage, and intranet
Support employee engagement campaigns, events, and site initiatives
Gather and promote stories, achievements, and initiatives across the site
Contribute to improving consistency and effectiveness of site communications
Requirements
Student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field
Strong writing and interpersonal skills
Creativity and proactive mindset
Good command of English
Familiarity with digital communication tools preferred
