pLeonardo S.p.A. is seeking a Junior HR Generalist to support the HR Site Manager in day-to-day people management at our Anagni site.
You will onboard new hires, help organize training, manage contracts, and coordinate with Labor Litigation and unions to keep processes compliant.
/ppThe role focuses on administrative HR activities, including headcount tracking, holiday management, and updating organizational charts, with exposure to SAP or other HRIS.
Fluency in English is required.
