/ppWe are currently recruiting for a Maritime and Blue Economy Innovation RD Project Manager to join our office in Genova within the Marine Market Development Division.
/ph3Mission /h3pThe role is focuses on managing innovation projects, especially funded RD initiatives, across the full lifecycle, from proposal development to execution, ensuring quality delivery, compliance, and alignment with company strategy.
/ph3Key Accountabilities /h3pProposal Development: /pulliAnalyze call requirements and evaluation criteria.
/liliDefine proposal scope aligned with business strategy.
/liliCoordinate internal teams and external partners.
/liliLead preparation of technical and administrative proposal content.
/liliDevelop competitive and realistic budgets.
/liliManage submission, clarifications, and negotiations.
/li /ulpProject Coordination and Delivery: /pulliSet up and coordinate project teams.
/liliEnsure effective communication and reporting.
/liliMonitor project performance (time, quality, objectives).
/liliOptimize resource allocation.
/li /ulpFinancial Management: /pulliMonitor revenues, costs, and margins.
/liliSupport invoicing and financial follow-up.
/liliEnsure correct data in company systems.
/li /ulpRisk and Issue Management: /pulliIdentify and manage risks and issues.

/li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor's Degree in Engineering General or Naval Engineering /ph3Qualifications /h3ulli3–7 years of experience in RD or project management.
/liliExperience with EU or national funding programs.
/liliGood project management skills.
/liliAbility to manage stakeholders and project teams.
/liliGood level of autonomy.
/liliFluent in English.

/li /ulh3Compensation Data /h3pThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).
/ppThe gross annual salary range foreseen is between €30,000 and €34,000 and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
/ppIn addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
