Responsibilities:
* Develop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis
* Proactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets
* Optimise the letting within the managed portfolio
* Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs
* Lead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives
* Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
* Proactively drive (digital & technical)
innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio
* Review and challenge valuations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team)
* Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers) Competenze ed esperienza A successful Investment & Asset Manager should have:
* Master's degree preferably in real estate, engineering or business economics
* Minimum 5
- 8 years' work experience in real estate
* Affinity both with transactions and asset management
* Strong quantitative skills is a must
* Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate
* Well informed of local legislation applicable to real estate
* Excellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant network
