Job Scope
Ensure the correct and timely procurement of the product line for which it is responsible based on demand, forecasts, service level and according to the internal standard of quality
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages of the supply of instruments/parts, new and refurbished, based on the RoP approved by the Leader position and on the warranties given by the suppliers
- Manages the return of the products from Subsidiaries and Distributors based on their warranty status and resale opportunity by central warehouse
- Collaborates with the warehouse to streamline incoming operations and shipments from suppliers
- Collaborates with QA for the entry/management of NCs recorded by the warehouse
- Collaborates with Suppliers to improve flows and operative lead time
