O&M Engineer, PV
Sungrow Europe in Milan is looking for an O&M; Engineer to own service delivery for PV and BESS across Italy and the Balkans. You will troubleshoot remotely, plan on-site interventions, produce RCAs, run maintenance campaigns, manage tickets and invoicing, and work with AI tools like Power BI to monitor performance and SLA compliance.
This role requires Italian C2 and English B2, 3+ years in O&M;, and willingness to travel about 50%.
