The Opportunity:
We are currently looking to hire italian speaking Customer Support Advisors to support big international projects in Lisbon. If you enjoy making a difference in customer experience and are looking for a new adventure this might be for you
The Job:
- Providing customer support over the phone, email and chat
- Act asthe main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
- Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might need
- Support customers with issues and problems to ensure a prompt resolution
Profile:
- You are italian native or have an advanced level(C2/C1)
- You have a good level of English (B2 or above)
- You are a problem solver and can work in a fast paced setting
- You have high attention to detail and accuracy
- You are available towork on rotating shifts
- You have a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
