Head of Portfolio Analytics
Sompo is seeking a Lead, Portfolio and Performance Analytics to establish and guide the CUO Office for Continental Europe. You will build analytical frameworks, monitor portfolio performance, and influence underwriting decisions from a central, data-driven stance.
You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape risk management, capital planning, and digitization initiatives across Europe, with ideally Milan, Paris, Zurich or Munich as base.
