p• Development and optimization of technical training programs, as well as the creation of training materials and the definition of learning objectivesbr• Planning and conducting theoretical and practical training sessions for operating and maintenance personnelbr• Teaching knowledge related to system operation, maintenance, fault analysis, and repair of complex technical systemsbr• Close collaboration with Engineering, Service, Project Management, and Sales, as well as support with proposals and presentationsbr/ph3strongstrongstrongYou are a good fit if you have /strong: /strong /strong /h3p• Completed technical training and an additional qualification in training, adult education, or technical documentationbr• Several years of professional experience in conducting technical training and instructing operating personnelbr• Strong communication and presentation skillsbr• Willingness to travel nationally and internationallybr• A military background and associated knowledge of military standards and regulations are desirable /ph3strongstrongstrongstrongThat’s what sets us apart:
